NCAA 2013 Recruiting

I really enjoy the new dynamic recruiting criteria for schools, but why did EA remove new recruits from populating after the season?
Off season recruiting is no where near as exciting now.

Damn I didn't know they did this. That kind of sucks. If I have someone leave early on me I will be WAY behind trying to fill any holes.

It was removed since you can now break in to a recruits list much more easily than before. You can pretty much take a number of recruits that have no Interest in you, and make them love you fairly quickly. I no longer just go after players that are interested in me. I spend time scouting to find the best players I can, and then just go hard after them. Usually works well.

Yeah, I'm playing as fricking Tulane, and have even five star Louisiana recruits interested in me.

I like this taken out because it's not even close to realistic. That many players don't come out of nowhere...especially 4 and 5 stars.
Now with scouting you can have players actual values jump or drop significantly which would mirror someone getting more attention.
I also use to save a few recruiting slots in case a stud came along. Now I don't have to worry about that anymore.
