...This is an Oniion article right... I knew it was bad, but sweet Christ. Does anyone still think they don't deserve the death penalty? This is pretty much what I'm talking about in that their fans need to be knocked back to Earth. The Death Penalty is the only way to do this.

It is the height of irresponsibleness to punish someone because you don't like the way they react to a situation.

I don't think the NCAA should step in but at least the argument for "lack of institutional control" has merit IMO.

If you could at least statistically show that it's a large majority of Penn Sters acting this way then MAYBE it would have some traction but you don't know that. You just want to punish an entire school bc of what might be a vocal minority.

Idk... I don't think the vocal minority would be convinced by the death penalty. If anything, it may solidify their feelings of martyrdom and make the silent majority even more silent. I'm rethinking this...
