Dryer lint.
I haven't done this, but outdoor matched with the heads dipped in wax. Keeps them dry nad makes a good flame.
Cotton balls dipped in wax. Keeps the cotton dry and makes a good fire.
A small bottle of lighter fluid.
* Another note: There are some hand, wire saws that store in a small pouch and are more portable than bow saws.

I added a followup picture from a 2nd batch of things I added, one of which was a foldup saw.
Oh and I added toilet paper in that 2nd pic.

cotton balls dipped in vasaline work great as a fire starter.
