Predicting the final 4-5 verbal commitments in 2013 class

Hopefully below I have not misstated or misrepresented the words and views of our esteemed TSW administrators, Gino and Jimmy. If I have, I'll correct my mistakes ASAP.
Currently LSU has 19 verbal commitments in the 2013 class.
TSW administrators, Gino and Jimmy, assert that Greg Gilmore is a silent commit and that Rickey Jefferson will soon verbally commit. They also say that Rashard Robinson will likely commit this month upon getting a commitable offer.
Last night in the Lewis Neal thread, Gino made the intriguing assertion, "There may also be a change in the works for an already commited prospect, but we cannot say names in that department for good reason; nonetheless, it will be a product of LSU having re-assessed the talent level available and propensity for signing a much better prospect for that position."
My math analysis says 19 + 3 -1 = 21 commitments. That leaves 4-5 open commitments available, and Gino and Jimmy think only one of these will likely be an instate player.
Others might calculate differently than I did to determine how many commitment openings are really available. Whatever the number is, I think we would all enjoy reading the names that we think will fill those slots.

I think Stokes is the guy that Gino is referring to. He's the only one in this class that I kind of scratch my head on. Everyone else in this class is an absolute take, even Swanson since we are using him as a FB

The only thing about his statement is the "they can get a better player at that position"
I don't know of another TE we would be looking at that we have a good shot at

Good point..well in that case, I have no clue who he could be talking about. I like everybody that we have right now. Logan is the only person I am a little suspect about. But I trust Miles and Co. when it comes to recruiting..so if they believe in him then he must be good.

Well, many have stated Seals-Jones will be a tight end.

What about jeremy cutrer? Would they try and greyshirt him if Goodman wanted in? Not knocking the kid he seems great, just trying to guess who Gino could be refering to. It could be Logan Stokes if Seals Jones ends up at TE.

That comment about filling the spot with someone better is what threw me off as well. The only questionable guys(if we have to pick) are Stokes and Swanson imo. Neither spot is one where we could fill it with a better player unless the aforementioned RSJ scenario is the reference. Don't tell RSJ that though. That would end things with us quickly. No one else in our class has any serious questions about them particularly at spots where we could upgrade. Some have said Malone but I just don't see that. For one I like Malone and second, who are we gonna get?
In regards to Stokes, another possibility is maybe the staff is feeling Bridgewater. Has always been mentioned as a possibility.

Stokes gets the axe. Gino's words are ... potentially SIGNING someone better not getting another commitment from a better player. Has to be the TE.
19 Gilmore
20 Robinson
21Jefferson
22/23 Willis and Goodman or neither
24 Williams
25 Beckwith/WR/DL
