In the video I posted, he locks the slide back aroudn the :40 second mark. that's about all there is to it.

At the ranges (precision firearms) here in BR, I think it is $10 to rent a pistol. do some research then go shoot one and see how you like it.

my girlfriend who has been shooting with me for 6 or 7 years can't do it. well let me rephrase. she can but in no way is she comfortable knowing that she has to worry about it in a potentially high stress situation. she prefers revolvers hands down.
