I think my version of bust my arse and their version of bust my arse is only separated by what $8,000,000.00 a year in equipment and people hired can afford.
But seriously what I do to try to see a deer is worlds away from what those guys do.
I'm just questioning why do people watch those shows? What value are they really offering me?
If they gave away hunts to contest winners every week or so, or hunted public land or something more than life styles of the rich and famous in Camo, I'd perhaps see a reason to watch.

I watch hunting shows just to see the deer and elk rutting and ducks decoying. I get nothing in the form of strategies to hunt or anything or that nature. Also, I despise how they choke the shows with product placement.

I watch hunting shows for entertainment, nothing more. Also, the wife doesn't like them so she usually goes to another room, allowing me to have some peace and quiet.

I like fishing shows. Hunting shows...not so much.

I have long stated that they are closer to porn than anything else on TV.
1. More than likely sceneros youll never be in
2 places youll never go
3 usually finishes with a money shot
That being said, and knowing the other side of it. You have to pay a lot of money to put something out there. You have to take all you can get. Also some of those places will pay those shows up to 30,000 for them to hunt.

I just needed to state for the record: Tiffany in my gal and y'all need to stop leering at her.
I do that well enough for all of us..

i bought one for my room 3 years ago, just to watch my gal Tiffany. The one in the entertainment room at the home had rabbit ears, wouldn't get nothing but local channels and all the old geezers were always watching Bea Arthur, Betty White and all the young chicks on Golden Girls..
