I had that in mind, but the weird thing is that it comes and goes, and it doesn't make any noise above 35 mph or so.
I did go in and out some dryish ruts sort of hard in my efforts to not get stuck.
ETA: before i pressure washed the brake/wheel area, i could push on the truck and it would squeak

Squeaks are hard to trace. I would check the brakes for starters.
I think there has got to be something stuck in the brakes or shocks making noise.
