I'm just saying if he keeps going in front of the FA, it's just going to keep getting worse. I don't blame him if he wants to go elsewhere, but does that change the public's perception of him? He's got a reputation and I find it hard to believe that he would get an all out fair shot anywhere at this point.

**To bring it home... I dont see how Hazard escaped a lengthier ban (besides standard red card) for kicking that kid... no matter what role he played in it, but he did... or Ashley Cole shooting someone with a bb gun... It's just inconsistencies that chap my arse

The Cole incident was in house, so I'll pass on that discussion as I don't know how much jurisdiction that the FA has on that. The Hazard incident was bad. He could have received more and if he did, then that's what he deserved. The one main difference is how it was handled by the player and club. Hazard didn't release a statement saying if I get more than x number of games, I won't accept it. That's my main point in all of this. Sometimes it's better to just shut up and take what you get. I am a strong willed person as well and I understand why he stands up for himself, but as I've aged, I understand that sometimes I have to take a little shite. This past year I lost my job over standing up for myself. I was tired of taking the shite. 6 months w/o a job caused me to realize that I have a family to feed and that I may have to take some shite to make sure they are taken care of. If he leaves Pool it would be a massive blow to the club. I hope that he gets the help he needs and stays, but running to another league will not change anything. He will be in front of their disciplinary board and continue hurting his club and their fans.

I'm not gonna continue arguing. You know how I feel about Suarez's actions and you know how I feel about the FA.

All I'm saying at this point is I can easily see how a fresh start in a country that speaks your native language, on a Champions League side with a fat contract would look appealing at this point.

His legacy is permanently tarnished in England. Almost everyone not a fan of a certain Red team hates him and thinks he is a despicable player. There's no telling how long, if even possible, of 100% clean football he would have to play to get his reputation back.

We'll agree to disagree on this, but when he sees white english guy get 4 games for racism, when he had received 8... I'm sure he was bracing himself...

He didn't appeal the 7 games he received in Holland...

I know where my bread is buttered too and wouldn't dare give up my job, but it would be a little different if i knew I could walk right into a better situation (CL football)... Anyway, hope you are emplyed these days..

I'm not arguing with you about anything other than the way he has handled himself during the two events that have cost him lengthy bans. There is no right answer.

I see this as well, but the first time he does something ignorant there, all of his past is going to come up. It's a shame that he won't be able to start fresh, but in all honesty the media is the reason for that. Of all of the previous examples given....the Defoe bite, the crunching tackles and kung fu kicks, what's the difference? THE MEDIA'S REACTION. After Hazard's incident, the next day most of the soccer programming was laughing at how it was dumb but laughed it off as harmless. With Suarez, you'd have thought he dismembered Ivanovic. That's the biggest difference and I haven't seen anyone mention it.

We try to mention it but are just labeled as conspiracy theorists by other fan bases. "Always the victim." I'm sure cash will use it soon enough.

No I agree there is a bias. That's human nature. Look at the world, it happens everyday. It's not right, but it's the way it is. I'd be pissed as well.

No he didn't, he left to Liverpool.

Thank you, I am. It worked out better on my side at the end of the day. At the end of the day, I really think the media pushed this into what it is.

I almost posted "It's never your fault", but for once, even though Cwill accused me of it, I was not trolling a shitty situation. Just trying to have conversation about it since I'm one of 4 people in Ky that watch soccer. This whole situation is just another "pussification" of the world. I'm sure some kid is going to bite someone in rec league this weekend because they saw Suarez do it.

I desperately need something good to happen to Liverpool Football Club. I cannot take this. I've been in a bad mood since last Sunday.

Most often coming from the supporters of the club who's legends include George Best, Roy Keane, and Eric Cantona.

Suárez to Spain, if there´s an important reduction in his price.

The club don't want to sell him, I doubt they'd reduce the price. Especially when you have giants who will inflate transfer fees just to make sure they get a player.

I'm actually excited for Newcastle. Nothing to play for and we can see what this squad is without Suarez. Should be interesting.

True. Finally seeing Sturridge lead the line with no pressure should be interesting. It'll be a good indication of where we stand if Suarez is gone this summer.

Honestly, I think he's gone. Maybe that's my negativity, but I just don't see him staying.

I hope Saurez stays and don't blame Liverpool fans at all for hoping the same. I can understand if he wants to leave England with all the hoopla but--and I'm probably in the extreme minority here-- the moral "outrage" over this seems way out of proportion.

Yeah, suspend him for some matches. Getting pissed and biting people is bad ok. . .

But hell I'd rather get bitten than intentionally elbowed in the nose or punched in the nuts (or other such seemingly more accepted displays of competitiveness).

And, furthermore, it's kind of funny (I mean, yeah it's bad, very bad to get pissed and bite people ok.) But it's also kind of funny.

It's not like he gauged out an eyeball, broke a knee or stabbed someone in the parking lot.

Suspend him for some matches, get him some appointments with a psychiatrist (and if that works out well, send Roma the phone number for Osvaldo) and keep the funny jokes coming.

Otherwise, cut back the moral outrage painting football as if it were perfectly behaved gentlemen gathering for an afternoon tea only to be upset by an uncouth savage.
