We had 4 boats fish out of Cocodrie yesterday. Ended up with around 300 specs between all 4 boats.
We fished mostly the well heads, beaches and underwater hidden reefs. Didnt fish any birds, screw those little trout, we caught all big trout mostly on live bait some were caught on plastics.
Caught a lot of sharks, mackerel and lady fish. I hooked a 5' shark that put on a little show for us before breaking the line. We had a pretty good day.
It was hot but we were all back at the camp for noon so we didnt really feel the heat to bad.
