For me it is. Not stuck with the damn Cowboys most of the time on Fox here in Houston.

Yeah I'm on the fence about paying for 31 teams I don't like, but there's been times in the past where I wished I could watch my fantasy players.

Can't get Redzone by itself thru DTV, which I'm assuming has if he's asking about Sunday Ticket.

To the OP, if your a NFL fan, yes it's absolutely worth it.

We had Sunday Ticket last year, and we barely even turned it on the actual game channels, just kept it on RedZone, which is all you need. It's like having the ability to change channels between games at always the perfect time.

And there are ways to get it by itself on DTV.

Like some said, just call up DirectTV an threaten to switch to cable and they'll give it to you for free or super cheap. Also, if you're even a mild NFL fan now you'll be a maniac once you get it. You'd be surprised how many incredible games there are each week.

O and to those who mentioned the Redzone Channel, smh. I went to a buddy's house once and he put that on, I left within 15 minutes. It was like watching football with a 6 year-old on speed. It's not even football either and is painful to watch. The fact that so many people can watch it just confirms how little most people know about the game. I'd rather watch the Browns-Rams every week.

Yeah it all depends on your love for football.

I get it every year for 70 bucks, just call them up and complain and tell them I've been a loyal customer for 11 years and they offer it for dirt cheap.

As a Raiders fan in Missouri, my only option to watch every game is Sunday Ticket, I tried just watching pirated Online for one week but that shite sucks, I want my expensive arse TV in full HD for the games.

When the Raiders are done, I like to watch the other division games and scout, especially in the 2nd half of the season, and watching the other good games.

I couldn't go a season without it personally.

Oh and yeah RedZone is fricking awful do not waste your money on that garbage.

I tried to get it, but when the direct TV guy came out, he told me there were too many trees around my house and he couldn't get a signal.

So I had to start watching my games online. Once I found the write site I was cool. I'm the only one watching the game, so a lab top is fine.
