I get that part, but when it bounces off the gk it shouldn't be offsides when i put it back in the goal sometimes

If you're offsides when the shot is taken and the keep saves it, you're still offsides.

I've never experienced that.
If it does happen, the player who gets it after touching the keeper was offsides on the initial shot. If it happens to you, it sounds like some odd glitch
