Yes he did.
Now it's Adolpho Birch III who is the NFL Sr. Vice Pres of Law & Labor saying everything Attallah said is wrong, and he's saying the evidence is plenty convincing, the investigators did a great job, and the Players Union and the Players messed up by not being prompt/fast enough in their denials and such.

I guess the NFL only leaked the bullshite to the media and kept the real evidence for themselves. Nothing they have done to this point suggests that we should believe them now.
