Dude was there my years; had some good games in 73 but the team sucked once I got there 74!
OK, maybe not bad 76, 77, 78 but not in SEC title picture!

'74, '75, and '76 were Mac's worst three years .. Didn't SI pick us to win it all in 1974 and we were on the ill-fated cover ?

His son was a nega-tiger who signed with Ohio State.

he was born in ohio. hard to blame the kid for wanting to play in his home state.

my dad played against robiskie in the state championship game while terry was at second ward. said that robiskie was the only q.b. that could throw a 20 yard pass and catch it.

Hey. If he didn't have the chest for Baton Rouge, maybe it was for the best.

Don't remember that, of course things were hazy from then!LOL. Anyone has it to post would be fun.
Yeah, 76 opener was the 6-6 illfated tie with Nebraska in a hard fought game at TS. Went 7-3-1 I think with no bowl game.

Didn't he play against us in NCG 07 season and almost had a TD but dropped?
At least glad to hear TR not that bitter to pull against Tigers otherwise, or so he says!

I was just kidding by the way. Brian Robiskie actually signed in January 2005, so it's not like Miles had time to recruit him or anything.

We went 5-5-1 in 1974, 4-7 in 1975, and 6-4-1 in 1976 before all of the Mississippi State forfeits ..

Yep, that was my time! 77 & 78 had some good games though but were not even sniffing SEC title!

Saw Terry my first time in TS.

Always heard he hated LSU. Glad to hear he likes his alma mater.

Congrats to Terry Robiskie! The first person from my area to make it to the pros that I know about. Tyson Jackson and Quinn Johnson are the others. Maybe, one day my cousin Ronnie Feist can join them.

My dad coached high school ball against Robiski. Told the story that he caught the opening kick and ran back to his own 1 yd line. Then ran a 99 yd qb sneak on the first play from scrimmage. Dad always said he was the best he.ever saw in high school
