They're guesses just like everyone else is making. But based on history and what's needed, they're really solid choices.
No Gundy, Patterson, Petersen, etc will come I do not think. It's not about money as these guys are set financially, it's about legitimate upward movement. You can make valid argument for all these guys that coming to UA is not a step up.

Sure man, I can make arguments for or against any name you want to throw out there, but I have more productive things I'd rather be doing.
