That's asking for it. Luckily it wasn't a passenger.
What's the difference? Well, he had to know the inherent risk; whereas, no tourist got on that boat ever considering they could even remotely lose a hand.
The way the gator rose up out of the water to feed, I'd say it was possible he could've missed and taken a kid instead.
Chad, what about the charges? I have no clue what the grounds would be and just wondering.
