That is for boneless meat but they were out of the other stuff so it's what I had to get.

Turtle is divine. I liked the softshell better than the snapper but both are amazing.

Softshell was easier to clean, meat smelled cleaner and it was easier to detach from bone.

If you want to fish them, get some hoop nets and bait with fish heads. If your lease gets flooded(or partially flooded), you can hunt them on a sunny day with a .22 rifle. You can see them down through flooded woods sunning themselves on logs with their heads pointed up at the sun. Shoot them in the head from a distance and go pick them up.

We just pop em with a .22


If you want to catch them just get a casting net.
