Here it is one more time ... try to read more slowly, that might help ...
The Saints had a Pay for Performance program. Even the Homers admit this.
The term Performance included things like forced fumbles, interceptions, big hits and "cart offs".
"Cart off" very clearly means that the opposing player was removed from the field of play by a Cart -- meaning said opposing player was injured sufficient to need assistance in getting off of the field.
Thus, players received extra pay for big hits which resulted in injuries to opposing players.
I can't make it any clearer than this.

In other words you CAN'T put together what you claimed. The NFL said the Saints are guilty of intent to injure. You said the NFL is correct in what they alleged. I continue to ask connect the dots for me. Show me intent.
