Hong Kong - Lakeshore Drive Torn Down

They tore down Hong Kong on Lakeshore Drive. Any idea what's going on?

I think, near there at least, is where Chef Duke's Fish Camp and Fuel Dock is going.

We've only lived in Lakeview for a little under 2 years, so never got to try Hong Kong. Really wish we had a good Chinese place over here.
