hoping we can get some high protein desert recipes posted in here.

My favorite:

HIGH PROTEIN CHOCOLATE CREPES

INGREDIENTS:

- 8 egg whites
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder(any low carb type)
-1 tbsp whole wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

DIRECTIONS:

- mix everything in a blender
- in a non stick pan over medium-high heat, coated with cooking spray, pour half the mixture (should be about 1/3" high in the pan)
-cook for 3 minutes on each side(make sure crepe is solid before flipping)

Tips:
-use sugar free maple syrup or any of the calorie free syrup(choclate, blueberry, and strawberry) to add extra guilt free flavor.

The above makes 2 servings.

Nutrition facts per serving:

-calories:129
-protein: 28g
-carbs: 2g
-fat:1g

The nutrition will depend on what type of protein is used.

I will post more as i have time, hopefully some of yall have recipes too.

guilt free? lol

Ingredients:water, erythritol, glycerin, cocoa, natural flavors, citric acid, xanthan gum, salt, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, caramel color, acesulfame potassium, sucralose, vanillin, artificial flavor, zinc sulfate vitamin e acetate, niacinamide and biotin.

I'll never understand why self-proclaimed "health nuts" put this shite into their body. Oh wait, yeah I do... These children can't get over their sweet tooth that made them into a fat frick in the first place.

Dude i hardly ever eat that kind of stuff, have never been fat and have never had a sweet tooth. Yes the syrup is artificial but as far as how your body sees it, its calorie free. Get the frick over yourself and stop trying to ruin the thread.d

Wrong, your body sees it as a foreign substance. That ain't good.

You'd be better served eating something naturally sweet like fruit or making your own real syrup.

Not my intention man. I enjoy smoothies as well. You put "healthy" in the title. I'm of the opinion that natural things are more healthy than unnatural, processed foodstuffs regardless of the caloric intake.

my bad i thought you werejust trying to be a dick. I have some paloe recipes i will post tonight that will fit the natural criteria.

And the body deosnt really react to that kinda of stuff. There have been many studies on it. Some unlucky individuals do get insulin spikes though like regular sugar. The crepes are good without the syrup though.

Chocolate crepe sounds good. Check out this facebook page for some good recipes. Especially desert. She also has a website but it isn't working right now for some reason.

Brownie in a cup review.

Very Very Meh.

The only way to but it. I guess it makes me feel like I'm eating bad carbs but it isn't good. Not bad but not good either.
