Your name calling let's everyone know that you really don't know what you're talking about. I work at LSU and have seen all of this first hand numerous times. I have seen applications pulled by race and age. Most job openings are already filled before the position is advertised. The position is advertised so that they are viewed as being in compliance. There is not an attorney that would take a discrimination case against LSU with any hopes of winning. The computer program allows you to pull a certain number of applications by race and age. With that being said I would like for you to explain to me how that is not discrimination by the universities or companies that use this software. There is not enough employees at any HR to review each and every application. Sorry to disappoint you. You're not a bad person, just simply a misinformed person. I still consider you a friend.
