How thick are the steaks cut? And how done do you eat steaks? Lastly, are you cooking inside or outside?

They're not too thick, I like them medium rare, and I'm cooking inside

Heat a heavy pan(black iron is best) over med high heat. Season the steaks with fresh pepper and salt. Sear the steaks a little under 2 minutes per side and let them rest a few minutes. Reheat in the skillet for 10 seconds a side. Serve
