On offense he is a guy who will take 4's off the dribble and post up 3's. Ultimately he is a guy who can become an improved shooter with length that makes him a match-up nightmare.

I think because Monty is our coach, PJ3 will be able by his second year to be a legit 3. Most other coaches I'd say no way he could convert.
