I dont get the appeal of big gigantic at all. Its a dude that presses play on his laptop and then does some average sax solos over it.

What does it matter? I like what I like despite what "label" is attached to it. If it's 'hipster' does that make you like it less? If so, you sound exactly like a hipster.
