Yes, they're good enough. This team isn't exceptionally talented or flashy, but is very strong in a lot of areas. Very strong pitching staff (better than 2009 in my opinion), very good defense (better infield than 2009, but not as strong in the outfield), a good mix of leaders in Nola and Hanover (both of whom played in the 2009 CWS) and youth.
The team's only major weakness is power hitting, but that weakness is mitigated by the fact that the bats are hurting just about everyone.
As others have mentioned, they need someone other than Raph or Katz to step up and go on a tear, much like Sean Ochinko did late at the CWS. Mainieri seems to have a good sense of when to move a guy up in the lineup, often times before he has come through in a game situation. I think he bumped Ochinko up to the 4 hole in the title game, and Ochinko delivered big time (I think he went 4-5 with a home run).
