Has anyone gotten a loan through Andromeda? I was wondering who did they sell your loan off to? Is it pretty much 1 company or do they sell of to many?

Based on a casual google search, they sound like they are actually originators and not really lenders, which would mean that your loan could be funded by anyone.

I have a mortgage through Andromeda. They aren't actually the company who holds your loan; that goes to GMFS (which is where I made my first mortgage payment last week). They did tell me that my loan could be sold to a few different places, and that would have zero effect on me.

I remember you said DSLD built you a home. What sub are you in?

Lexington Place....the sub is up to about 50% sold right now. About 15 lots sold in the past 5 or 6 weeks so it is coming along quickly

Very nice place.
My wife and I looked in there. The only reason why we not chose to build there is because of EBR school district - would have had to place my children in private school.
Other than that, it is a great neighborhood - really nice houses out there.

I think you may be confusing two subdivisions...the one I built in is Mandeville
