it was bad. real bad.
i feel like 3 to 4 girls on all these teams - even these really good teams - arent athletes. they are overweight and have low softball IQs. its kinda sad.

well our leading hitter is only hitting 263, or close to that

I'm just glad we're going to hold them to single digit runs...we played them early in the season and they put like 15 up on us...

well if you go by the strict MLB mendoza line then we only have 2....but our best hitter is at .267

300 for a baseball hitter is typically about 325 for a softball player if you wanna try to compare. yea, we're that bad at the plate

.275 or above is good. .300+ is great. Anything in the .400 range is out of this world of course but there are a few girls in the WCWS with plus .400 averages though.

I was watching the ULL/Arizona St game and most of the ULL girls were batting over 300. At least one were over 400. Of course they're the highest scoring team in the country. The announcer said that a few times.
