Moderate price, open Sunday, close to downtown and good.

Mike's on the Avenue is fantastic and similarly priced to Mr. B's. It is on St. Charles up the street from Luke's.

I think MiLa on Common St. is open on Sundays. Not sure what "moderate" means to you, but check out the website.
