it really is, almost as bad as one of the two license plate lights being out

You gotta love the laws and thier application. The only thing worse is the seatbelt law. It went from a secondary to a primary cause fpr pulling over a car. Once that is done the wors from the cop will eventually be "may I search your car". Never and I mean never grant him that permission.
