I love trespassing. Taking fish or game off someone else's property is awesome. You get something for nothing basically

How would you go about getting permission to fish on land owned by the parish?

This isn't like a "park on side the road, hop the levee and fish" type deal. This is a well-known fishing hole in this community, with a paved road over the levee to it and no No Trespassing signs. Even has a gravel boat launch and gravel parking. I assume kept up by the parish. The only reason I say "assume" and not "know" is because there are no parish park signs.

I don't want to give the wrong vibes here. I am by no means a trespasser, but I see this as being similar to the LSU lakes or the Capital lakes, or even the BREC lakes. No one has specifically given me permission to fish them, but it is common knowledge that they are owned by LSU/the state and fishing is allowed. They wouldn't improve the area if not.

Or the folks that fish the side of the road in Leeville all the way to Fourchon. They don't have permission to fish there, and are on public land.
