I'm always baffled when people try to justify the natural aspect of homosexuality by pointing to animals, because some animals eat their own shite.
I think the argument about homosexuality being "unnatural" is a stupid reason to oppose gay marriage and don't see why people feel the need to take on a debate like that which has no justifiable merit. You know what else isn't natural? Crapping indoors and using deodorant.

Well I answered that statement, though it was addressed to another poster, with the question, "In that case, what's to stop the government from banning heterosexual marriages?"

Well, nothing. Which is why we are at, I think, a tipping point. We can reverse now to what we just agreed upon, or move into a "no soup for you" mode and nobody has fun. Everyone gets hurt.
