Makes you wonder if the eavesdropping thing was not to make Loomis and the Saints look worse right now. Maybe that was just a planted story?

GW's pregame video where he discusses injuries of 49'rs players seems to be the most damming. Aren't those injuries reported to the league and each players condition published so that the sports betting industry can create the betting line?

Having that information available to the public for the purposes of betting and thinking that the opposing team will not utilize that same information in their pregame preparation is ludicrous and hypocritical.

it shouldn't be anymore damning than the giants post game comments against the 49ers:

quote:

"The thing is, we knew he had four concussions, so that was our biggest thing, was to take him outta the game," said Jacquian Williams, who forced the second fumble, in overtime, to set up New York's game-winning field goal.

"He's had a lot of concussions," said Devin Thomas, who recovered both fumbles. "We were just like, 'We gotta put a hit on that guy.'"

Later in the same interview, he told the Newark Star-Ledger that teammate and backup safety Tyler Sash "did a great job hitting him early and he looked kind of dazed when he got up. I feel like that made a difference and he coughed it up."

Agreed. Where is the 50k page investigation into the giants. where is their asterick next to their super bowl title. oh wait, they are a big city market.

Here you go, a self admitted, targeted attack on a player with known injuries with the intended purpose to take him out of the game. That is more of a definitive statement of intent to injure than the commish has on the saints and by the players themselves.

The way the news is slanted they make it out like out of 32 teams, the saints are the only team to target the key players of other teams in order to make them ineffective.

If the commish would have hit some of the other teams as well, he might have had more credibility.

50k page investigation

It doesn't matter if it's 5 million. The issue is the content! What sort of picture does it paint? Is it factual? Opinion? Deception?

...and regard GW's pre-game 9'ers speech - let's hear the entire thing instead of a 20 second clip. My JV Coach said and did things worse than that.

I'm tired of the organization and it's fans getting railroaded over a misrepresented story.

I have a 30 foot tall polka-dotted unicorn. Trust me, I do. I have 50,000 photos and videos of him, but you can't see them because I said so.

Maybe? It was SPECIFICALLY created to create more guilt in the court of public opinion. They were trying to paint the Saints as a rogue, out-of-control franchise so that everybody would hate them and there would be no need to show evidence. Classic diversionary tactics.

Why can't the Saints just turn the evidence over to the media themselves? Wasn't it mostly emails?

Sure they can. But the burden of proof is on the NFL. THEY made the claim, not the Saints.

I have these golden disks with the word of God written on them given to me by the Angel Moroni. You can't see them because I said so. Trust me on this.

I have 50k pages of documents saying the Saints were not participating in a bounty program.

But you can't see it.

But didn't Morris Bart say that he saw the pictures and they're real, so we're supposed to believe you now?
