Yea i guess so lol....i just didn't expect this to blow up like it has. I might as well contribute to the topic by saying that i'm pretty much in the middle of the like/dislike crowd. I thought they could have explain a little more...

Somebody please explain the stargazer to me. How does it tie into him being indoctrinated?

I don't think it does. I think it's Shepard's final dying thoughts that everything ends up ok.

I don't particularly care for EA or their business practices (the online pass being the main one) but the EA bashing has gotten old and tiresome lately.

I didn't even mention EA. I meant Bioware. Their last two games have been severely disappointing to me. That may be just an aberration but until they prove otherwise I will approach any of their products with caution.

I have heard nothing but disappointment in regards to the Dragon Age series but I have never played them. I am liking the Star Wars the Old Republic so far. I think Bioware is more hit than miss.

they were more hit than miss.

Balders Gate II, KOTOR, Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, and Dragon Age: Origins were all great games.

Dragon Age II was utter shite
Mass Effect 3 was pretty good overall, but they had some pretty annoying flaws as well
Star Wars is getting better, but when it was released...it sucked.

I would recommend DA:O to anyone that likes old school fantasy RPGs.

They used to be. But something bad apparently happened because the people that made games like KOTOR, DA:O, ME 1/2, etc. are now making games like Dragon Age 2 and ME 3. That is a serious drop in quality; I don't think they could have screwed up more even if they were trying.
