I have gotten whole pigs dressed and ready to go from Rare Cuts, Butcher, Rouses, and Dorignacs. I suspect Langenstein's could also get them. Just give any of those butcher shops a heads up as to what you want and they will do it.
Although I would suggest seasoning it yourself so you control that. If I knew how to post pictures I'd show a 20 pounder I got from Rouses in November that I stuffed with apples, red wine, rosemary, bread, mirepoix, and its kidneys. It rocked.
