I know it sounds dumb 
, but it's his inflection on that that is making the people saying it sounds weird say so.
I mean there's a reason they do multiple takes of line delivery with emphasis on different points.

Well from this trailer its pretty apparent Brucey Boy gets fricked up by Bane at some point. Wonder what JGL's role is, he's got to be more than some Gotham cop

That was his voice without the audio dub. In the prologue that was released in IMAX back in December, he had a similar voice to the one you hear in the new trailer. It was a little more muffled and a little more Eastern European sounding back then though.
