I will say:
1. The comments about burning, nails, ditches, etc are all idiotic. You can't get away with that.
2. Having to put up a fence is bull shite. Posts with signs would be sufficient. It's not your job to keep people off your land. Nor is it your job to prove property boundaries if you already know what they are. I think you are going well beyond what you need to.
3. You can't let people use your land or they'll abuse it. The legal issues have been thoroughly covered.
4. Towing seems fairly straightforward. So what else is needed? Just do it.
5. How long the land has been in your family, what other land is owned, or anything else (yes even if you truly are awesome) should be left out. That's what generates the shots you've been taking. There is no moral high ground here, just the law & your rights as a property owner.

Seriously though, my a-hole neighbors left glass and nails from a building they were working on, chopped down a tree in my backyard against the fence bc guys working couldn't pass. I was infuriated and threatened their lives... And my parents owned a business and some democrat passed through their parking lot, fell, got "hurt" and sued them.... I fricken HATE trespassers

Cameras are already posted, but a birds eye view of the carwash will not go unappreciated.

The only thing I would have a problem with is the trash fire. Look I will take back calling you a douche if this is the case. However, it still looks like you are trying to make a big deal out of something that is not that big of a deal.
Have you thought about actually trying to work with the pastor on a solution to actually generate income for yourself. The lot looks to make no income and is probably a long term investment. Why wouldnt you simply lease the land to the church and let them use it for parking for $250 month. Your actually losing money having to go back and forth and waste time trying to cock fight with the church so try and make some money out of it instead of constantly whining about it.

Our family will do no business with the pastor. His attitude of disrespect is appalling. I caught him parked (truck and trailer) on our land again last week after we made it clear to him that we did not want him on our land.
He told me 'So what, I parked on your land. Big deal'
That sort of attitude is what has made me work harder to keep him off the land.
If he would have apologized (after parking vehicles, cutting our lot, and burning a trash fire) and acted like a man, things may be different.

It isn't like the church is hosting a thanksgiving football game on his land. they are parking a damn trailor on it. And after being asked not to it seems they have complete disregard for the OP's property and request.
"All Tresspassers Will Be Shot" Signs sound great here. Of course you shouldn't shoot anyone
Just because land doesn't appear to be used at the moment doesn't mean anyone can just come on it and do whatever they want.

I did quit, and then some lurkers(including you) replied to and bumped me, hours later.
Look I own land too, but like I said everything has at least a house or a business on it. A lot is a a lot to me. I don't buy all this "they can sue" BS. Though tort reform is needed here in this country.
I know that a few months back this guy posted that a neighbor kept mowing his yard, and it pissed him off. Now it is cars. It's just a lot sitting there.
I forgot how much small-town folk regarded holding dear their dustbowls and plots of dirt.
I didn't know how about the parking a trailer and all. But I'm sure many people on here have parked in lots, and never questioned if they were on the right property.
I think he is making a big deal out of nothing.

That bright orange fence sure is pretty.
ETA: I also have the police report, made friends in the department aware of the situation and may even file a restraining order against Pastor Steve.
