NFL Network COMPLETELY Sells Out Re: Tebowmania

Earlier this week they debuted "top ten heisman winners in the NFL" they had Tebow ahead of Earl Campbell and Marcus Allen, and Eddie George and Doak Walker didn't even make the list.
Now last night, the Jets SECOND STRING QUARTERBACK made the "top 100 players of 2012."
I was going to watch the series like I did last year, but now I refuse to watch a second of it.
Congratulations NFLN. I hope sucking up to the Tebow Nation was worth sacrificing your core audience and credibility.
I mean, if you want to make special programming to cash in and sell out, do it. But stop freaking pretending that Tim Tebow and his 15 career starts and 47 percent completion percentage is better than players in or going to the HALL OF FAME.

Considering they have John Kuhn ranked ahead of him, much less on the list at all, kinda tells you all you need to know about the list.

The players voted for the Top 100. NFLN's fault?

Players vote for it. Lots of players loved Donovan McNabb for the most part. I could see why he was picked last year because of it.

Someone sounds greatly perturbed about the Messiah running over his hometown Bayou Bengals in college. It will be okay....baby Jesus still loves you.....let the anger go little man.

Dumbass. It's voted on by the players.

Just stop. NFL Network is not going to change the results so Tim Tebow can be a top 100 player.

The top Heismann Winners in the NFL list was a joke. They had Cam Newton and Tim Tebow on the list, which was supposed to be for the Heismann Winners with the best NFL careers. Cam might be deserve to be on here in 5-10 years, but after one season? No. especially when they leave out Jim Plunkett, Eddie George, Ricky Williams, ect.
ETA: FWIW, the players did put him in the Top 100 players of 2012. I'm not sure who it was, but some GM once said that players are absolutely terrible talent scouts

You're watching a network owned by the entity it covers, and you're expecting objectivity?
It's a marketing tool. And you're being used. Why?
