Never heard anything about needing to "motivate" Poe, just to "develop" him.

He had the freak ability to dominate college football, but he didn't even dominate C-USA. Means he needs to be motivated

Definitely, and we need to get in on a few more 2013 guys if they have really good seasons.

I really like Kenny Hill but I guess he's too short.

Devante Kincaide is another Texas kid some guys on here like.

We should already be on the top Texas kids for 2014 too.

I am far from an expert, but I probably watched the guy play more than everyone else on this board combined. JMO it's more a technique/discipline/development issue than a motivation issue. He rarely got regular, full meals before college, didn't start playing football till 10th grade (was recruited to his high school team off the drumline), and went through two head coaches and three DC's in four years at Memphis.

yes and he joins some other great DBs that were tigers. Mo will be great for LSU for many years to come, he's just that kind of guy.

ETA: those other tiger DBs, I know, are at other teams, not Dallas, just to clarify.

Taylor in the 3rd and Brooks in the 4th should get LSU some interest from DB prospects as well.

Wait what? He looked like a chode at the combine, short and fat. What he gained 100+ pounds in college? The knock on poe is he doesnt play up to his measurables, and thats agaimst marginal competition.

Barret told Erin Hartigan of Scout he basically didn't want to follow in RR's footsteps.

I don't want to go there and everyone say, 'Oh, that's Rueben's little brother.'" I want to set a new path, a new direction,

I guess I went all-SEC Recruiting board here.

Brockers is already paying off. I know Greg Gilmore has mentioned his development as something he really liked about LSU. And can't remember who but someone out of Texas said meeting and talking with Brockers really helped him with the Texas to LSU transition if he came here.

You've never seen a poor fat person? Plenty of obese kids in this country are on welfare and food stamps and probably don't get even two square meals a day. Michael Oher was that big before he got to Briarcrest when he was dumpster diving for food.

I agree. But again, I don't think it's "motivation." I think it's technique/discipline/development.
