Fishing in Cancun

I've been in Afghanistan for over a year, will be on vacation in Cancun for a week in a couple weeks. Any recommendations for deep sea fishing?

I didn't deep sea fish but went north with a guide and fished in the back country in the mangroves. I was fly fishing for tarpon and jumped 5 and landed just one.
It was one of the most memorable trips of my life.

It's been so long since I've fished it's going to take me a little while to remember what end of the rod goes where. Thanks for the info.
