Luck was born in DC so...

Griffin, Japan.

I'm pretty sure RGIII was born in NOLA.

What matters is where they went to HS.

I have no idea why they wouldn't... he was senior the same year I was and people were going nuts over him.

CSB- we won the stat 'ship over RG3 and Copperas Cove HS. I remember not being that impressed w/ him after the game

OK it was born in Japan, moved to NOLA thought it was other way around. Anyhoo, he went to HS and developed as a QB in Texas.

And he as committed to Houston and switched to Baylor when Briles left UH for BU.

Mayhbe is he wasn't interested in them? Didn't really fit the O they ran with VY and McCoy, seems like they should have been on RGIII. 20/20 hindsight I guess
