I thought it was hilarious. It would've been great as an add-on to make Grindhouse a triple feature.
ETA: Yes, it's terrible...in full disclosure, I only watched the first fifteen and the last thirty minutes, but it did make me squirm and laugh my arse off a few times.

I watched the first scene and turned it off....probably would have kept watching if not for the girl dancing in the blood

the idea behind the grindhouse trailers was that often with those sorts of movies, the trailers were the best part of the movie. Making the whole movie reinforces that notion.
