re: best Salsa Houston Mexican Restaurant

So here are places in Houston that I have tried so far, and still have not found any Salsa that great...

Chuys (just went there today)
Lupes Tortillas
Adobe
Marco Mexican
Antonios
Papasitos (although they did have good enchiladas with mole)
Nimfa's on Kirby (new in town, did not realize this was not original)

Of coarse everyone has there own opinions, but basically; so far what I have tried is too watery. My favorite in-store salsa is "On the border" that place in BR had pretty good salsa too if I remember correctly. Also, I was a big fan of Cucos in NOLA. These places salsas were thicker/saucier and not as watery as these places here in Houston.

Also, since some people are complaining about there being sooo many resturants how can we pick a best...

allow me to narrow it down. West 6-10 loop, south of I-10

Also, preferable a place that serves mole sauce
(Chuys and Lupes do not have mole sauce for example)

If you dont count your taco-bells, chipotles, and taco cabanas, and other burrito shops (freebirds, bullritos), where you dont get the salsa at the table, there are probably only around 50 places left here.
