I had this for the first time recently and it was not bad.
Spread out 1.5 croissant rolls in pan (uncooked). Put cooked taco meat inside, along with green onions, cheese and any other toppings you like such as black olives, etc.
Cover ingredients with rolls and cook at 350 for 30 minutes. Easy dish and something different.

I've had it before at a party--I thought it was pretty good when it came right out of the oven, but after a few minutes of sitting, I didn't care for it.

Ok - I ate it as soon as it came out of the oven and it was good....maybe "not bad" was misleading.
