I guess this is mostly pointed at Bubba. Are there any other kids in the state that will be signing D1 scholarships soon?

Possible:
Donald Thomas
Gibby Talbot
Casey Oliverson
Jeffery Walker
Jamal Samuels
Montel James

Any others?

Yes, Pice signed with Dayton yesterday.

The Rivals database sucks, for Louisiana anyway. It doesn't get updated.

Oliverson moved to Utah over a year ago and signed with Utah State.

Jeffrey Walker moved to Dallas last year. Haven't heard if he signed with anyone.

Talbot hasn't signed, that I've heard of. Nicholls would make sense.

I haven't heard anything about the others.

6-7 SG on a team full of college players. I was thinking the same thing.

He has offers but he's looking to go higher than coaches want. Question his motor and ability to guard.

I don't know much about the kid but 6'7 sounds more like a SF than a SG but like I said, I've never seen him play

What level of offers?

Sunbelt? Southland?

I would think a SLU might be a good fit or a rebuilding UNO.
He got a ton of exposure with Gathers on the team so it is amazing why no one is talking about him.

1) Atlantic Sun Level (low to low mid)
2) He is more like 6'5 and be lucky to weigh 175 lbs.
3) He can shoot (albeit a very flat shot released from his chest) and is surprisingly athletic. I've often questioned coaches and why they aren't recruiting him. Seems to be their doubt for his motor/defense.
