I wouldn't start okra seeds in pots they are too easy to grow by just putting them directly in the ground. Okra are a very tough plant.
It is a little late to be transplanting tomatoes I am about to start picking cherry tomatoes. You can still do it but tomatoes do best when started early as possible it eliminates lots of pests, disease problems. I start my seeds around January 1st.

Keeping a journal has been one of the most useful things we've done since we began gardening five years ago. It is amazing what you forget, and how helpful it is to compare methods/dates/experiments, etc. from year to year.
