Basically she just acts in a totally irrational manner. Can be really thoughtful and charming at times and then you get a call at 2:00 am berating you for not writing a speech for an event in the morning that she did not tell you about.
Btw - I think Duncan did a great job capturing her complexity. Personally I have spent some time with her and found her to be quite interesting. My family owns some property in the hill country in Texas. She grew up in fairly humble circumstances in johnson city. I can't imagine the impact of the drastic changes in her life.
Also, I wonder if she felt differently about what should have happened to Peyton (ie should have been fired) and led to the suspension in some way.
