I am assuming you mean does the least during the game right? not practice and stuff. The answer to that is any free flowing sport(Basketball Soccer Hockey etc)
Let me get this straight. Are you actually saying that a baseball coach does more than a basketball coach?
Basketball coaches install offensive systems; install defensive systems; make halftime adjustments; make in-game adjustments; draw up plays at the end of the game; make constant substitutions; work the refs; etc. etc.
Baseball managers sit in the dugout with a dip in their lip and a hand on their nutsack. The other hand is free to dial the bullpen when the starting pitcher starts to suck. I think that about covers it.
I mean, Jesus titty-fricking Christ I've heard a lot of dumb shite from VerlanderBEAST, but this takes the cake.
I'm fairly certain a highly trained orangutan would do a fine job of managing a baseball team.
Even VerlanderBEAST -- who is clearly clearly a ruh-tard -- could probably do an okay job as a baseball manager.

Can you read?
Also basketball drawing up plays is laughable. They are running plays they have run hundreds of times in practice.
