Baseball without a doubt.

In game it's baseball, especially in the AL. In the clubhouse managing personalities day to day and knowing when to go with a certain guy in the lineup is important and makes a difference imo. But as far as actual impact while in the middle of the game, baseball is the least and football is the most of the major sports I think.

I am assuming you mean does the least during the game right? not practice and stuff. The answer to that is any free flowing sport(Basketball Soccer Hockey etc)
