they said she was "not guilty" as opposed to "innocent"
if additional evidence comes to light, she can be brought to trial again on the same charge(s)

What bull shite logic. So, Zimmerman was merely defending himself? What about Trayvon? Does it matter that maybe, by chance, he felt the need to defend himself? Maybe Trayvon was scared and tried to defend himself -- maybe Zimmerman got his pussy arse pounded. That does NOT mean Zimmerman has the right to "defend" himself and shoot someone that HE was pursuing for no other reason than the color of the man's skin.
Quite honestly, all the people bent out of shape about how Zimmerman is getting a raw deal by the media and legal system... if Zimmerman's skin was black, and Trayvon's skin were white -- all of you would be saying, "Fry that animal".

These guys are way smarter than you and I and I'm pretty sure this is a tactic that they figured would work in their favor.
They know ever since the race pimps have been on the scene that all they had to do was let them do their work,incite the ignorant,let the MSM run with any tidbit they had then at the right time(the time they saw fit) release evidence that would make every damn one of them look like the complete fricktards they really are.
I think it is genius the way this whole thing is working out.

It is double jeopardy. She was tried and not convicted, it is over. Had there been a hung jury or mistrial then she could be re-tried, but prosecution gets no second bites at the apple when a jury returns a not guilty verdict.

Going over all of that isn't really necessary.
The reason the prosecutor went around the GJ is they didn't have anything to base these charges on. They'll be lucky a judge doesn't throw it out even without the picture or hearing any testimony.
There is no case for 2nd degree murder.....anywhere. It made me think they did that just to get it thrown out, to say they tried.
But with that picture and under the Florida stand your ground law, Zimmerman gets off anyway.

Honestly we are acting worse on this board than blacks acted for OJ. From the picture all you can honestly say was that Zimmerman has a slight cut on the back of his head. It doesn't tell us how he got or who was the aggressor. This board is becoming trailor park like the rant. Zimmerman may be innocent so just let it play out.

based on this investigator's testimony, they have zero evidence of this. the only thing they have is Zimmerman's phone call, and his testimony telling police that he continued forward to find a street sign before heading back towards his vehicle.

Look, I don't necessarily agree with Murder-2 charge. But to say Zimmerman is just a good samaritan that got beat up in an unprovoked attack and was merely defending himself is just ridiculous.
