do you have other income in GA? the reason they will question your return is if you have other income reported for GA and your income amount sent to the GA doesn't match your federal. Just keep a copy of anything showing where you worked and be prepared to fight it when they question it.

I am sure I can ask the company when it comes time for it how to file to avoid GA taxes but I was kind of wondering about it.
