You pay income taxes based on where you are working. As far as I know, you won't be double taxed i.e., paying Texas and Georgia income taxes.
For example, my home of record is Tennessee (no state income tax ), but I used to work in Virginia. I had to pay Virginia state income taxes, but I filed a form every year and I got all of it back without any fees.
